About Our Booths
How
the Heartland Photo Booth Works at Your Event Our booths have been custom designed and engineered with all the technological advances of the modern digital age. The booths are transportable and can be set up on site. This allows us to set up just about anywhere you choose to have the party! We use the highest quality printers and paper in the industry. No drying and runny paper! Coupled with hi-resolution 14.7 mega-pixel digital cameras, you can be assured your photos will look great and will last for many years to come. Operation of the Heartland Photo Booth at Your Event Your guests will have a variety of props to choose from and get ready to “ham it up!” After entering the photo booth and closing the curtain, the laughter and fun begin! The countdown begins and a picture is taken. The picture is displayed on the monitor screen in the booth and a few seconds later the countdown begins for the next picture. Three more pictures are taken and then all 4 pictures are displayed on the monitor screen for your guests to see. Your guests exit the booth and the instantly-dry pictures are printed out in less than 30 seconds. New guests enter and excitement cycle begins again! Each session takes about a minute to complete. A 4-hour rental could generate as many as 200 sessions, depending on the layout of your event/venue. If you are having an event of more than 400 people, please give us a call so we can discuss if more than one booth and placement options may be needed. Your event is of utmost importance to us and we don’t want your guests waiting for too long or not getting a chance to get their picture taken and take part in the fun. After Concluding Your Event After the event has concluded, we upload all of the photos to an online gallery. Your guests will have access from any internet connection and are able to view, download or copy any or all of the photos taken at your event. (We DO NOT copyright any of the photos and there are NO watermarks.) You also receive a DVD of all the photos that were taken so making duplicate copies is easy and inexpensive. Quality is very important to us. Beware of companies that offer cheap, unprofessional, or make-shift “photo booths” that use sub-par equipment that take substandard photos. We are not one of those companies! Request some of our samples and you will be a believer! Our photo booths are stylish, elegant and large, with a movable/removable bench, can accommodate up to 6+ adults or even wheelchairs! We strive to provide the highest quality and professional service possible. Your photos are guaranteed to last hundreds of years without any substantial fading. We guarantee our customers clear, sharp photos! Your Event is Important to us and Your Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed! Options for your event We offer a number of options that you can choose, additionally, we will always work with you to provide what we can to make your event a memorable occasion. We can customize the layout of the pictures in a grid or strip form. You can also add a banner to the photos complete with your own artwork or we can design something for you. For corporate style events, the company logo can be added to the banner. What a great way to promote brand awareness at trade shows or conventions! Everyone get their picture with your company name and/or logo! Great advertising! We even have green screen technology available! Want 2 sets of prints, 3 sets, or more printed out at your event? For a nominal per hour cost, we can make as many prints for each session as you’d like. We also offer additional copies of the hi-resolution DVD’s for your treasure chest… |
